room for improvement
non-functioning phone clogged sink
i arrived and found that the in-room phone was not working. also, the bathroom sink remained clogged during my entire stay. the tv channels displayed static due to a poor cable connection.

old bathroom fixtures outdated facilities
The staff was friendly and willing to help. That was a plus.
The bathroom fixtures seemed old. the toilet didn't work very well. everything felt a bit outdated. They could modernize things a bit!

Fantastic Stay
central location complimentary shuttle friendly staff
The location was quite central. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the waterfront. Buses ran frequently. My room was clean. It had all expected amenities. The staff was always friendly and professional, even when things got busy (which i understand!).
The pool was somewhat small given the hotel size. It was sometimes difficult to find an available sun bed. This affected my relaxation plans a little. the hotel stay was still enjoyable.

Breakfast included a variety of options, catering to different tastes. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. The restaurant offered a buffet with many choices, including vegetarian dishes, and the service was attentive to guest requests.

My standard queen room included a comfortable bed, a work desk, and a seating area. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. The room also included complimentary toiletries, and the minibar was well-stocked with drinks and snacks.
